Dear Gisa,
Thank you for your enquiry regarding the AIDS 2010 conference.
Those that submit a valid and complete International Scholarship application (including requested supporting documentation, if any) and have requested registration as part of their application will, if not successful in the International Scholarship Programme, receive an offer to register at the standard fee. The Scholarship Team will notify people of their application status in April, and at this time, those that completed a full application who were not successful will receive the offer to register and pay at the reduced rate.
The Scholarship Team will not be able to reimburse individuals that have already registered and fully paid.
All applications for the International Scholarships can be made through the online application form, via the conference profile: http://www.aids2010.org/profile. More information regarding the programme can also be found on this website: http://www.aids2010.org/scholarships.aspx.
