附件是中国全球基金观察电子期刊第十三期的英文版，一并附上已于1月25日发布的中文版，请查收。

勘误：本刊第13期刊发的《评论：中国全球基金艾滋病项目国家级社会组织咨询小组产生》一文中，“名单显示，中国全球基金项目CCM非政府组织工作委员会和感染者工作委员会分别有2人和1人入选咨询小组，他们分别是非工委的马铁成和王晓光，以及感工委的慕容枫”说法有误，应为“名单显示，中国全球基金项目CCM非政府组织工作委员会有3人入选咨询小组，他们分别是马铁成、慕容枫和王晓光，其中马铁成和慕容枫是中国CCM以社区为基础的非政府组织类别组列席代表”。谨向有关人士和读者致歉。
