Dear Zhang,
Global Hope Mobilization (GLOHOMO), Centre for the Development of People (CEDEP), MANET PLUS, MANALERA, COWLHA wish to inform and invite you or your representative to a two days national dialogue on the most at risk populations and HIV/AIDS and Human Rights.
The dialogue will take place on 15 th September and 16 th September
The consultative conference on the most at risk populations has been organized to discuss HIV/AIDS and human rights and Prevention issues affecting the most at risk populations such as sex workers, prisoners, Men who have sex with men (MSM) and People living with HIV/AIDS
(PLWHA).
Participants will be drawn from all districts in the country in HIV/AIDS programming. All government departments responsible for HIV/AIDS are aware of the meeting and we have their consent.

Please let me know some of the organization you know may wish to join us and support. Currently other partners have commiteed $25,320. We are looking for the rest of the balance of balance of $ 18,000. .
