CCM监督计划——在7月7日至7月13日征求意见期间，秘书处未收到来自CCM成员的关于具体监督地点的建议。秘书处与PR协商后，对督导的地点建议如下： · 四轮艾滋病项目：根据DFID的监督计划制定，建议督导地点为湖南（9月20－25日）； · 五轮艾滋病项目：建议督导地点从重庆市渝中区、九龙坡区和沙坪坝区三个区中选择； · 六轮艾滋病项目：建议督导地点北京和河南。河南具体地区考虑跟三轮艾滋病项目结合起来； · 三轮艾滋病项目：建议督导地点为河南省周口市商水县和西华县。 在本次CCM全体会议上，各位成员可进一步对CCM监督计划的具体地点、关注问题等提出意见和建议。 3. 第四轮结核病项目滚动资助申请书中文摘要——上封信中未能同时作为附件发出，对给您带来的不便表示歉意。 如果您有任何问题，请您联系我们。 祝周末愉快！ CCM秘书处 电话：010-8532 4230或010-8532 4250 传真：010-8532 2261 Dear CCM members and alternates, Attached please find the second package of 29th CCM Plenary meeting materials, including: 1. CCM Membership Election Progress; 2. CCM Oversight plan--CCM secretariat did not receive any comments regarding specific sites for the oversight plan during July 7 to 13, 2009. After discussion with PR, the following program sites are proposed: · Round 4 AIDS program: according to M&E plan provided by DIFD, Hunan is suggested(20-25 September); · Round 5 AIDS program: the site could be selected among Yuzhong, Jiulongpo and Shaping Districts of Chongqing; · Round 6 AIDS program: Beijing and Henan are suggested. Specific sites in Henan could be integrated with Round 3 program; · Round 3 AIDS program：Shangshui and Hua’xi Counties of Zhoukou, Henan are suggested. Your further comments on specific oversight sites and issues concerned will be highly appreciated in the discussion of 29th CCM Plenary. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions.
